Mimi Enterprises is a privately held real estate investment and holding company focused on the acquisition, renovation, and long-term operation of residential and small multifamily properties in the Atlanta area.
The company was founded in honor of Marina “Mimi” Williams, whose strength, generosity, and care for others continue to shape our values and long-term vision. Her legacy informs not only why we invest, but how we approach ownership, stewardship, and community impact.
For our leadership, this mission is deeply personal. Having grown up in Section 8 housing, our CEO experienced firsthand the limited housing options often available to working families—where affordability too often came at the expense of quality and dignity. Mimi Enterprises was established to challenge that dynamic through disciplined investment and responsible long-term ownership.
